A superb villa, with every possible amenity and yet this retains the feel of a very luxurious and comfortable home. The outside terraces have a great 8m2 x 4m2 electrically heated swimming pool and a hot tub, all of this surrounded by tropical gardens. Chill out bed and wide range of leisure activities such as an American billiard, table tennis, darts, table football and golf game. There’s also a great BBQ area for alfresco dining. The accommodation is really splendid with an exquisite dining room that leads on to the spacious and beautifully planned lounge. From the leather sofas you can watch the 50” plasma T.V. with full package satellite programs. Also available are DVD’s, a music centre, games, books and a wi.fi laptop is supplied for your use.

The modern style kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, etc. Two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The villa is located next door to villa Autre Chose in the exclusive Los Mojones urbanization in Puerto del Carmen, giving assured tranquility and ambiance.
