House dating from 1911 completely renovated in finca of 23,000 m2. It consists of a main body with two double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with bath, 1 living, 1 study, kitchen and a porch. The laundry has separate access from outside the kitchen. The original mill tower has served as the basis for a second home that have been enabled with 2 double bedrooms, one with a terrace from which to enjoy spectacular views and one twin sharing a bathroom.

\r\nThe pool garden is one of the nicest corners of the house, there lies the barbecue and a lounge / dining area covered by a porch. The house capacity is 9 people. Baby cots are provided, high chairs and car safety.

\r\nThe kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and small appliances. The laundry room is also equipped with washer and dryer.

\r\nArea :

\r\nThe farm is located 4.5 km from town in the southeast of the island of Mallorca. 6 km from the beach of Es Trenc natural park and one of the most beautiful areas of the island. This restored farm has become an ideal place for family vacations. A quiet place away from stress of work. The municipality of Campos offers very pleasant routes for cycling on back roads in which to discover the beautiful old mills that were used to draw water for irrigation and today have become an alternative power source.

\r\nIt is connected by good roads to major cities of the island, allowing day trips to visit different parts of Mallorca. Furthermore Palma International Airport is located 35 Kms, which facilitates the exit point of the island during the vacations for a business trip.
