OLEUM MARE Villages is a provider of premium vacation home rentals on the Mas Fumats mountain in Roses. During the summer of 2010, we completed the renovations of the first Villa OLEUM MARE Red located on the C/Menorca 5. We created a truly spectacular presence, a unique rental property for the Costa Brava area. This house features four bedrooms (sleeps 9), four bathrooms, a huge living room, sensation pool area with bar and kitchen, bodega and a fabulous garden on 2000 M2.

OLEUM MARE Villages is part of Holker Ventures S.L. and related to the Coffee Cup Software group of companies with offices in Asturias Spain and Atlanta USA. This website has been made with Coffee Cup Visual Site Designer (US$ 49.-) and is hosted on Coffee Cup web servers.

OLEUM MARE Villages was founded in September of 2009 with the purpose to provide fantastic vacation homes at affordable prices. OLEUM MARE red was completed in June of 2010. This house luxury Villa will be the flagship property of the village. During 2010 and 2011, we will commence the construction and renovation of OLEUM MARE 'blue . Casa Blue as we call it will offer the same luxury and design but for a smaller house.

Both houses have been re-designed by Miguel Prieto and Laia Risques (RAA Associates Roses) under the supervision of Patricia Guerra.
