The El Sestil Inn also owns two comfortable apartments for 5 and 8 people respectively, both reformed on 2002, and equipped with kitchen and full bathroom, washing machine, television and fireplace. Ideal for passing in group unforgettable days.

We have a large and cozy restaurant with 80 places where you can taste regional dishes such as baked lebaniego (soup, beans, pork, bacon and cabbage) as well as beef and lamb reared in home accompanied by good wine. We also offer delicious homemade desserts. The El Sestil cafeteria is a warm place fitted with fireplace, ideal for spending winters long hours playing cards or just enjoying the marvelous views of the peaks sourronding Dobres, the worked lands and the cattle grazing, a real pleasure for the visitor. It opens at 08.30 am and closes at 01.00 am.

Our Inn offers our customers an absolutely quiet space, located on the living room and equipped with library, television and comfortable sofas to spend hours of calmness while reading or working. Its placed on the ground level, next to the cafeteria so the guest can take a pleasant cup of tea with his favourite book. El Sestil cares about all the details on its facilities to offer our guests a first quality service. We offer a wide parking area and a marvelous viewpoint where the fantastic Dobres landscape and the emblematic Peaks de Europa can be observed.

In the sourrondings of the Inn it is possible to take part in a wide range of activities like cycling (road cycling or mountain bike), mushroom collection, specially during spring and autumn, and the collection of strawberries, cranberries, mulberries and cherries... Other activities include horse riding routes, rafting, bungee jumping, kayaks... or visiting the great castles and historical buildings that Liébana contains. 4x4 trips along the Valley of Liébana and the Peaks of Europe National Park let you enjoy wild nature and accesing to impresive places like the Lagos de Curavacas, where human being trace is still scarce. Great cliffs, wild peaks and great herds of wild animals in all its splendour and worth seeing.

For Nature lovers The El Sestil Inn organizes a variety of guided walks along mountain paths, from July to September. They are a free of charge and dangerless experience. If you prefer independent mountain walks we bring our visitors a wide map of the Liébana valley and peaks with all the neighbour ports. Routes of an unforgetable beauty with different dificulty levels for the younger and not so young ones. When winter reaches Dobres, the landscape fades to white. Then El Sestil recieves lots of skiers preapared to enjoy our white peaks. Skiing or snow trips, both activities that can be realized without any kind of risks, in routes of every kind of dificulty level.

The Inn is the idoneus place for hunting and fishing lovers. Trouts, deers, wolves, foxes, wild boars are abundant in Monte Covino and the Pineda and Río Frío ports, as well as infinite and marvelous rivers and wild forests of beechs and oaks. Fishing and hunting is a traditional heritage of the Picos de Europa area.
