We welcome you to stay at our Bed & Breakfast or Self Catering Accommodation: a separate holiday house with a large lounge, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. Furthermore we can welcome groups up to 12 persons. Also your pets are welcome, but please inform us first. Villa Torrent is explored by Jeanny and Anco. They will do whatever it needs to give you the holiday of your dreams!

The main building is owner occupied. Within the ground of Villa Torrent there are two bungalows available with five double bedrooms: 3 en-suite and two twin bedded room with family bathroom. The rooms are comfortably furnished with good beds: a place where you can feel at home. Because we want you to feel really at home you may relax where ever you like in the nice flower garden of near the swimming pool. In the evening you can watch television of zipp a wine while listening to good music.

Casa Elja A private house with a bathroom, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a spacious and comfortable lounge. An own garden and privacy is assured.

Casa Rosa

The second house is casa Rosa: a house with 3 double rooms with bathroom ensuite, a covered terrace, a fully equipped kitchen and a private garden. The house is perfect for six people.

Valencia is a fascinating city where ancient buildings offer a tantalizing taste of centuries past and some of Spain’s most futuristic architecture draws admirers from all over the world. It’s a city steeped in history and fiercely protective of its Valencian culture, language and traditions. It claims to be the home of the holy chalice used by Jesus at the Last Supper and it’s the place where Spain’s most famous warrior, El Cid, ousted the Moorish invaders more than 1,000 years ago.

But Valencia is also a cosmopolitan place with its eye firmly on the future. The development of its breathtaking City of Arts & Sciences in recent years has put the entire city firmly on the world map as one of Europe’s leading cultural tourism destinations. This is Spain’s largest city and the capital of the autonomous region of Valencia, which incorporates some of the country’s most popular coastal resorts. But until the advent of it’s much talked about arts and science millennium project, the city remained relatively untouched by tourism. Apart from a few student backpackers and culture buffs, the vast majority of foreign visitors never took the time to discover Valencia’s myriad of attractions.

Torrent is a municipality located within the metropolitan area of the city of Valencia. It is the largest municipality of the Horta Sud comarca, with 74,616 inhabitants (2006). It is situated some 7 km from Valencia City proper, to which it is connected via the meter.

Fiestas & Local Activities

Las Fallas is undoubtedly one of the most unique and crazy festivals in Spain (a country known for unique and crazy festivals). What started as a feast day for St. Joseph, the patron saint of carpenters, has evolved into a 5-day, multifaceted celebration of fire. Valencia is usually a quiet city with a population of a half-million, but the town swells to an estimated three million flame-loving revellers during Las Fallas.

• If you like to make a reservation, we charge you 25% of the amount in advance. You can pay the amount on our Spanish bank account.

• Check in time is from 15.00 o’clock. When you come earlier feel free to drop your bags and take a dive in the swimming pool.
