It is well connected to the city center: 7 bus routes within 30m of the apartment. Metro stop Line 5, amistad 600m from the apartment. Connects directly to the airport and the Feria de Valencia. The nearest beach, Playa Malvarosa is 2km away. Parking space included in the cost. Massages also available at additional cost.

The airport is around 20 minutes away by taxi, which costs around 20 euros. if taking the metro go to Amistat and walk along Calle Doctor Manuel Candela towards Avenida del Puerto. The apartment is situated in a square opposite Bar Bolos.

As the apartment is in a residential block the most important rule we have is that guests should not make noise between 10pm at night and 10am in the money. Strictly no parties. No groups of young people.
