Situated at oceanfront, our beautiful vacation home in Ibiza, Spain, is an ideal hideaway for you to spend a couple of days away from the monotony of routine life. A group of up to 10 vacationers can sleep comfortably in this five bedroom retreat. The bedrooms include double bed, twin bed and sofa sleeper. If you love to cook your own meals, you will find the fully equipped kitchen matching up to your requirements.

To keep you entertained, the living room has satellite TV. Wireless Internet access is also available to catch up with emails, keep tabs on office, work or surf the web. You can also unwind in the private swimming pool. There are provisions for barbequing as well. The balcony offers panoramic ocean views. A charming beach is near by.

Our retreat is also close to numerous restaurants, cafes and diners where you can enjoy and relish fine wining and dining. The shopping centers are also nearby for stocking up on supplies and vacation memorabilia.

Payment: To make your reservation now can pay half by bank transfer to reach the rest in cash along with a deposit of 500 € which returns you to leave. Refer to the conditions Extra hours of late arrival.

Cancellation fees are based on total rental cost and are calculated from the start date of the rental period as follows:

1) More than 45 days prior: 20%

2) Between 30 days and 45 days prior: 30%

3) Between 15 days and 29 days prior: 50%

4) 14 days or less: 100%. If we are unable to secure the same booking with another client, you will be liable for the full rental amount.

We will at our sole discretion retain the right to reduce cancellation charges as we see fit on a case by case basis. No refund will be given for a stay shorter than the one you originally booked, and the property is free to be let after your departure. Should you leave the property for whatever reason without notifying Ibizasealquila in writing beforehand, your claims for compensation will be rendered null and void.
