The apartment can comfortably sleep four with one king size bed and two single beds. As well as having a large private roof terrace there is also a large south facing terrace off of the living room and master bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen and utility room has oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Bath towels and bedding are included in the let. Fully equipped Gym, Sauna, Football pitch, Tennis Court, 2 swimming pools.The Costa Blanca’s attractions lie in it's beauty - the amazing vivid blue Mediterranean waters, the lovely sandy beaches, the old towns and villages with their old narrow streets, the restaurants and bars where one can sit and relax outside because of the wonderful all-year round climate. It's simply a wonderful place in which to enjoy life and feel rejuvenated and refreshed.
To the north of the apartment the main towns of Villa joyosa and Benidorm offer all of these attractions, while Alicante and Campello to the south offer a cosmopolitan mix of shopping by day and a vibrant nightlife. The Costa Blanca has been named as having the best year round climate by the world health association and the temperature rarely falls below 16o. The famous Terra Mitica theme park and Terra Natura safari and water park are only a 15 minute drive from the apartment.
