The luxury accommodation, which sleeps up to 8, consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 double and 2 twin. The bedrooms are set on either side of the house thus giving 2 families added privacy. There are 2 bathrooms, one with bath & shower, the other with Shower. Hair dryers are supplied.

Central to the villa is a large comfortable lounge plus a separate dining room with bar area which overlooks the pool as well as panoramic views of the coastline. There is a well equipped kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher & microwave. There is a poolside house for those wishing to shelter from the sun. The heated pool (7x4) is fully equipped with sunloungers and patio furniture, leading down to a lower spacious terrace with barbecue.

The villa is situated in the village of Guime, 10 mins drive from the main resort of Puerto del Carmen and only 5 mins drive from supermarkets, restaurants, shops and beach. A car is essential and we can give you a list of car hire companies or we can arrange for you. Cars are collected direct from the airport and are very reasonable to hire on the island.The prices are up to 4 persons ,£40 per week per extra person up to 8.Special price for 'couples' £525 per week.

A deposit is required to reserve the booking ,balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. if a booking is taken within the arrival date of 8 weeks the full amount will be due.
