Furnished studio condo/apartment on penthouse floor. From the ground floor lobby, 1 minute walk to long and sandy Mediterranean Sea beach on Costa del Sol. In the middle of all the tourist excitement of the bustling coastal community of Torrox Costa. Awesome Sea view from condo balcony that accomodates dining. Basic and modest with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, TV. Double bed and single sofa bed. Bath. Two elevators. Restaurants and bars on premises and within easy walking distance.

Excellent public transportation two blocks away with frequent bus service for Malaga and Nerja and from those places to all of Spain. 5.75 hours drive from Madrid airport, 1.75 hours to Granada with Alhambra palace of the Moors, 2 hours to Gibraltar. Each of Cordoba, Ronda, Seville, and Tangier, Morocco (via hydrofoil) is within day trip driving range. 18 hole golf course is 15 minutes drive.

Condo Lage

40 minutes drive from Malaga Airport ("AGP"). Public transportation available by train or bus from airport to Malaga and then by bus to Torrox Costa bus stop (two blocks from condo/apartment) for about 8 Euros total.

Payment usually by simple bank transfer, 25% at time of booking, remainder 6 weeks before arrival net of all bank fees.

For monthly rental periods: 2 months minimum rental at 310 Euros per month (utilities charged per usage at cost is additional); 1.5 months minimum rental at 390 Euros monthly rate (utilities included).
