• Rental price depends on time of year, the number of tenants and length of rental period and are given in each case in advance.

• Rental price includes unlimited water consumption, but included power consumption is limited up to 150 kWh pr. week. The power meter is read at the beginning and end of the lease. Power consumption beyond 150 kWh pr. week costs 20 cents pr. kWh to be paid at the end of the lease. Internet access is free.

• Mandatory final cleaning costs between € 80 and € 100, depending on the number of tenants. Final cleaning also includes wash of one set of linens per tenat, in addition to the cleaning of the apartment. Tenants must wash towels and used kitchen equipment and empty all waste in the correct containers before departure.

• Once the lease is agreed, you will receive a confirmation which also serves as lease and invoice. As deposit and the first part of the payment, 50% of the invoice amount are to be paid within a week after ordering - tenancy is then binding on both parties. No later than four weeks before arrival in Spain the remaining 50% of the amount must be paid.

• If the cancellation is covered by travel insurance the full rental price must be paid. If you are not covered by travel insurance 50% of the rental price must be paid. If a new, for us acceptable, tenant can be found, up to 80% of the rental price will be refunded.
