6. Procedure of payment:
6.1. Down payment of the twenty five per cent of the total price, in cash in our offices, by credit card or by wire transfer. This is the form to reserve the property. In case you pay by wire transfer, after you receive this contract you have two days to return the same contract signed by you via fax, and a bank prove of the wire transfer. In case we do not receive either one Globalgest XXI SL is free of any obligation with you and can rent the property to any other person, without any restriction from our part. The commission charged by your bank of the wire transfer will be of your responsibility in the case a commission is charged by your bank we will add it to the final amount due from you to us. Also, in case of payment by credit card there will be hold back 1.5% of the amount of the bill for bank commission.
6.2.- The rest of the payment must be wired to our bank account or paid by credit card, at least TWO WEEK before your arrival to the house. This is the 75% left after the down payment plus any bank wire commission charged by your bank. Also it is very important to send a copy of this receipt by fax to our office, so you do not have any problems when you arrive to our office.
Cancellation Policy
Globalgest XXI SL will return the following:
1. 50% of the down payment in case you notify us after 30 days of the receipt of your wire transfer.
2. 100% if you notify us within 30 days of the receipt of your wire transfer

13. Whilst you are in the property you are responsible for the property, and the owner of the property or the agency is not responsible for any damage caused to others or your person during your stay in this property..
14. After you return the keys and they are accepted by the agency or owner of the property this contract is cancelled, and both parts accept the dissolution of this agreement.
