Villa in Javea Beschreibung

Villa Clarinda is a well appointed, self catering property with an attractive, level landscaped garden in a peaceful location with beautiful surroundings, views of Montgo mountain and only 10 minutes drive from the beaches and nightlife of Javea. The shaded terrace and barbecue area overlooks the secluded 8 m x 4 m pool, which is surrounded by ample sunbathing space.

The villa is offered fully equipped and includes all necessary linen, towels, cooking utensils and crockery, together with outdoor furniture. In short, everything that is needed for the perfect, relaxing holiday. For golfers there is the added bonus of Javea Golf Club being only 5 minutes drive away.

Nearest airport Alicante, approximately 1 hour's drive to villa. Directions provided on booking.

Payment Policy

All rates are in GBP.

20% non-refundable deposit payable on booking. Final payment, including refundable security deposit, payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. Payment by credit transfer or UK cheque.

Cancellation Policy

(1)If the Tenant terminates this contract before the arrival date the following charges will apply and the Owner can thereafter let the property to someone else: Time before arrival Cancellation Charge 6 - 8 weeks prior to arrival 20% 4 - 6 weeks prior to arrival 50% 1 - 4 weeks prior to arrival 80% 0 - 1 week prior to arrival 100% (2)If the Tenant terminates their stay before the departure date for any reason the full rental price will still apply. (3)Termination must be made in writing. The date of termination is considered to be date the document is received by the Owner.

Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.

(1)The rental property including the furniture and the other contents are to be treated with care. The Tenant is held responsible for the actions of other people, including any guests or visitors they might have, within the villa. The Tenant is liable for any damaged goods, damage to the property or damage to anything else related to the property, whether caused by themselves or their accompanying guests or visitors. (2)Faults that are found before or during the rental period are to be reported to the Owner’s agent immediately. (3)Pets allowed only with prior permission of owner and at extra charge. (4)Smoking is not permitted in the house. Smoking is permitted in the grounds. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
