This lovely house is situated in what must be one of the best positions in Puerto Pollensa, right on the Pine Walk with direct access onto a sandy beach - Ideal for Families. As well as having magnificent views of the bay, all the Restaurants and Shops of Puerto Pollensa are within easy walking distance. There is a large terrace on the ground floor from the living room, with satellite TV, DVD player and Play station.

The Kitchen is fully equipped. There are four bedroom, two of which lead onto a large terrace and two bathrooms. Cots are available. Comfortable Villa in the Pine Walk. The lounge/dining room is comfortably furnished and has satellite TV (Free View) and feature fireplace. A large picture window and patio door gives direct access to the front terrace.

The well fitted kitchen leads off from the dining area and comes complete with dishwasher. There is a washing machine located in a small laundry for your convenience. A really pretty and with character family house, close to all the amenities of Puerto Pollenca. The maximum occupancy for this villa is 10.
