Santa Maria Golf, is a stunning golf course extending into the Marbella Mountains. This is a quiet area ideal for relaxation and a peaceful vacation. However it is close enough to the Town of Marbella situated only 10 minutes drive away.\r\n\r\nSanta Maria is located in the Urbanization of Elviria in the Marbella district. Here you will find all shopping services as well as restaurants and bars.\r\n\r\nThe apartment overlooks the Santa Maria golf course, and is located only 5 minutes from the golf and country club. There is also a new adventure park called Amazonia, with climbing activities in the Pine forests.\r\n\r\nThe apartment consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, (one ensuite), fully equipped kitchen and utility room, Side balcony, and front balcony overlooking the golf course. Living /dining room. The community has two swimming pools and landscaped gardens. Airconditioning throughout the apartment.

Payment Policy

All rates are in Euros.

To secure the reservation, we require 20% of the total amount. Six weeks prior to your arrival date we require a further 40% of the total amount. On arrival we require the balance of 40%, in cash. (no cheques or credit cards are accepted) If the booking is less than six weeks prior to the arrival date we require 60% of the total amount.Thebalance of 40% is payable on arrival There is a 300,00 Euro Key deposit required. After the apartment has been checked for damages, losses or breakages,the balance is returned.Ifthere are any,the amount is deducted and the balance refunded, if not the full amount returned in full. Travel Insurance is advised.

Cancellation Policy

There are no money is refunded once a transaction has been made.
