Luxuriously furnished to a high standard, this single storey villa comes with a private heated pool within a secluded fenced garden area with security gated access to the front and rear. The villa is equipped with full air conditioning in all rooms for the summer and central heating for the winter months. At ground level is a shaded sun terrace equipped with sun loungers and tables. There is an upper level solarium also equipped with sun loungers and tables. Both private and off street parking is available. Lounge and bedrooms are fitted with LCD televisions (42 inch in lounge), satellite connection - DVD availability. The villa is unsuitable for children under the age of 5 and parents must take full responsibility of their safety in the pool area. Champagne and fruit basket can be arranged at an additional cost upon arrival.Our resident English speaking Manager living adjacent to the villa can provide a welcome pack, freshly cooked meals upon arrival and throughout your stay should this be required. Menu and prices available upon request.Golfing trips and bookings can be arranged by management to ensure smooth running and to maximise your holiday to suit your needs. Each bedroom has been furnished to a very high standard. Top quality twin beds in each room can easily be converted into King size beds upon request. There are LCD satellite televisions in all bedrooms, and the master bedroom has independent satellite connection. All rooms have spacious wardrobes/ cupboards, air conditioning, central heating , and Egyptian cotton sheets. Both bathrooms are fully tiled. The en suite bathroom has a bath with a shower over it and a glass shower screen. Towels are supplied. However, guests will be required to bring their own beach towels for pool/beach use. Kitchen includes Electric cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. Utility Room includes washing machine, iron and drying rack/area. Open Plan Living/ dining room is light and contemporarily furnished with a large chaise-longue sofa and dining table with 6 chairs. 42 inch LCD satellite TV with English channels. Patio doors extend the living area to incorporate terrace with patio furniture and sun loungers overlooking private pool. There is a DVD player and also a telephone allowing free internal calls within all Polaris resorts and that accepts incoming calls internationally. Internet access possible.
