A complete bathroom with bathtub, WC, bidet and wash basin provided with a towel of bath for every occupant and a hand towel for the wash basin.

A deposit of 30% of the amount’s rent is due within 10 business days from the day of booking, by money order. Full payment is paid at delivery of keys in cash, both with the damage deposit of 200€ (personal checks accepted).

For cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival, there isn't a fee. For cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival there is a fee of 10% of the rent's amount. For cancellation less than 15 days prior to arrival there is a fee of 25% of the rent's amount. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 15 days prior to arrival.
