The villas are situated in Casas Del Sol which was one of the first complexes in Playa Blanca and remains one of the finest. It is ideally located in a prime position opposite the harbour from which the ferries leave for Fuerteventura, and only a few minutes walk to the village centre with its many shops,supermarkets, restaurants and bars. There are 3 sandy beaches in Playa Blanca, all within walking distance.As a result of its excellent location, a car is not necessary to view the local attractions. There is a good bus service available in close proximity. Casas Del Sol has been attractively landscaped with mature gardens containing a wide variety of palm trees and colorful tropical plants. All villas are accessed by footpaths so there is no through vehicle traffic resulting in a peaceful and tranquil setting. Complex facilities include a large heated salt water swimming pool with the shallow end gently sloping to over 2 metres, and a separate pool for children. Sunbeds and parasols are supplied around the tiled pool terrace. For the more active there are two tennis courts and a boules pitch. The reception staff are fluent in many European languages and are there to help with any problems, to offer advice, arrange taxis, or to organise the hire of bicycles or cars,for example. The reception area has a small shop selling basics, an internet room and a choice of good books on a free loan service. Wifi is available for a small daily charge. Each villa has a small private garden with flower beds. All villas have a patio with tables and chairs, sun loungers and a large umbrella. You enter the villa through sliding patio doors. All villas have an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area are are adequately furnished. Kitchens have an oven and hob, a microwave and a fridge/freezer. A small villa consists of one double bedroom and one single suitable for a child. A large villa has 2 double bedrooms and a small single room. They also have larger patios. All villas are privately owned so have slightly different furnishings and levels of equipment.
