The villa has its own garden, split level sun terraces and a heated swimming pool. It also has an outdoor catering area with a very large purpose built barbecue. There is a large driveway with off street parking for 3 cars.

The villa is on two levels. On the lower level there is a split-level lounge and dining room with floor to ceiling windows looking onto the garden and pool area. Likewise the formal entrance hall has glass facades looking onto the internal garden patio. There is a kitchen and separate TV lounge. On this level, there is also a bedroom with twin beds and a room with bunk beds suitable for 2 children or teenagers. There is a WC with hand basin and toilet.

On the upper level is the impressive master bedroom with wooden flooring and a high-beamed ceiling. It has an en suite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and its own TV. Patio doors lead onto a private balcony with sea views. There is a twin bedroom and a large single bedroom with a pullout bed which has a private balcony. The family bathroom is also on the upper level.

Smoking is not permitted indoors. Smoking is permitted in Patio/Balcony areas etc. Pool heating 20th Oct - 1st May FOC, heating 1st May - Oct can be arranged at an additional charge.

If you decide to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. The effective date of the cancellation will be the date the written notice of cancellation is received by us. We will accept email notification as written cancellation provided this comes from the same email address as that used when the booking was made.

Booking deposit / Final Payment is refundable or partly refundable if we can re-rent the Villa were there is no loss to us. The sooner we are notified of a cancellation we will be in a better position to re-rent the Villa.

Rates are subject to change without any prior notice. Any weeks available over the next 4 weeks 40% discount,8 weeks 30%, 12 weeks 20%.
