There is a safe for your valuables. The ground floor has a spacious living area of open plan design having also the dining area and fully fitted kitchen. The living room has a glass-fronted log burning chimney for winter warmth. On this level there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has patio doors on to the large terrace which has stunning sea views. Bedroom three has pation doors on to the garden and barbecue area with feature waterfall. There are steps down to the private gardens and pool. The pool itself has a sliding cover so it stays really warm through the winter months. On this lower level is the apartment which has its own living area, two bedrooms and a shower villa has air conditioning and cream marble floors.

There is a shopping centre just a couple of minutes away and this has a Carrefour supermarket, a bank, newsagents/ booksellers, dry cleaners, tapas bar/cafe, internet cafe, superb Indian restaurant and International bar and restaurant. Mijas is about 15 minutes drive or you can take the bus by the shopping center. The aquaparks at Fuengirola and Torremolinos are about 10 minutes by car with Malaga being about 20 minutes by train. Malaga is a beautiful city with its harbor, cathedral and, of course, the world-famous Picasso museum.

Reservation deposit of €200 for first week and €100 for each subsequent week payable at booking stage. Balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payments by bank transfer. Damage bond of €250 payable in cash on arrival and refunded on day of departure following satisfactory inspection of house.

No smoking inside the house. No noise after midnight. No sun lotions or henna tattoos on sofas or towels and bedlinen. Drunken or disorderly behavior will result in call to local police. Please read and observe rules of the pool. Please switch off air conditioning when you go out. Please place all rubbish in containers at least once per day. Please leave the house as you found it, including the barbecue and remove all rubbish on day of departure. Do not strip beds or put towels into washing machine on day of departure.
