XANADU is a rural house placed in the network Conserjeria de Turismo de la Junta de Andalucia . It is in an excellent position to take advantage of 8 km of white sandy beach, pine forests and for excursions away from the noise of the city. A short distance from the center of Chiclana de la Frontera, Xanadú is ideal for relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Xanadú has four bedrooms: two with double beds, one with two single beds and includes a double bed and two single beds. All rooms have a private bathroom, air conditioning, 21 TV, sofa, coffee table, refrigerator, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. One room is equipped for disabled. The common areas include Xanadu over 7000m2 2000m2 of land with grass, a Patio Andaluz with a fountain, tables, chairs, parasols, dining room with fully equipped kitchen, tables and chairs, pool table, darts and board games society, a 10m x 5m swimming pool with diving board and fitted terrace with deck chairs, garden tables and umbrellas.
