There are three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms with bath or shower, toilet, and sink. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove (4 burners) with oven, fridge freezer and washing machine. The living room has a fireplace. And Dogs are also welcome. The distance to the nearest beach is 3 km. The village of El Perelló is about 3 km from the house. It is a lively town where you will find supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, bakeries, a pool and bodegas (wine cellars). The village lies between the sea baths fishing villages L'Ampolla and L'Amettla de Mar (6 km). Here you will find large and small beaches, a fishing port, discothèques and a lot of nice stores.

In the high season we only rent out from Saturday arrival and departure Saturday. WE HAVE SPECIAL PRICES FOR 2 PERSONS COMING OUTSITE THE HIGHSEASON. A deposit of 25% of the rent is due within 7 business days from the day of booking.

Full payment is due pay in cash by arrival or prior to arrival transfer.

Personal checks are not accepted, bank transfers, and Paypal are accepted.

Rules for in and around the house The water comes from a communal source, gas bottles we have to buy in the village and electricity is created by solar panels and a generator.

This is more expensive than normal. That’s why we ask you to be conscious with the use of energy and water. Always use bed linen on the beds. Tell us if there is a small problem during your stay so we can give you clean bed linen. Make no fire or use a charcoal BBQ. This is in Spain in the summer months strictly prohibited in respect of the risk of fire. There are high fines and each house has a gas BBQ. Don't forget to clean your BBQ at your departure for the next guests. You are not allowed to sleep in the house with more people than it has been agreed or setting up tents, unless we approve.

The swimming pool is open from 10: 00 to 22: 00. The use is for your own risk. For accidents, we cannot be held liable. You get a set of keys of the dwelling. In the case of loss, the locks must be replaced and the costs of this are at your expense. At the end of the rental period, please return the keys. At your arrival you pay a deposit of € 150,- to us. The deposit will be refunded in full at the end of your vacation, in the case of damage there is a set-off. The arrival time is between 5 and 8 p.m. and the time of departure is not later than 12 noon. Other times are possible only after our permission.

Report immediately complaints or damages upon arrival, and inform us within 24h, to avoid you being held responsible at the end of your stay. Report damages occurred during your stay and before you leave, to allow us to prepare the house for the next guests.
