You must pay within 10 days an advance payment of 40% of the total rent by bank transfer or cheque.

If the payment account has not paid in time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. The balance of the price must be paid in cash on the day of your arrival in our office.

These are the fees for any cancellation. Cancellations received more than 43 days before arrival date = 10% of the total rental.

42-29 days before arrival = 50% of the total rental. 28-2 days before arrival = 80% of the total rental. One day before, arrival date or after = 100% fees total rental .

The prices are quoted per week and always basis of the different periods. The price includes: water, gas, electricity, bed linen a Nd towels and the final cleaning, except the accommodation available during the period from October to March which apply expenses (heating) of 10 euros a day.

For every reservation will be charged a fixed amount of 15 euros for administration costs. The minimum stay are 7 nights, change over day on Saturday. The arrival is between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm and the departure is before 10:00 am.
