The villa is situated in a quiet part of Moraira, yet within easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Moraira is a most attractive fishing village on the Costa Blanca set in the most convenient place to visit the other attractive towns in the area. Javea and Denia to the North or Calpe and Altea to the South, plus the fascinating Jalon valley to the West with its vineyards, almond groves and many small villages.

About half an hours drive to the South will bring you to Benidorm with its choice of theme parks: Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar and the most recent, Terra Natura. A very short drive from the villa will take you up into the mountains to some of the most spectacular scenery you could imagine. A booklet including maps and details of scenic drives and delightful coastal walks will be left in the villa for your arrival.

No Smoking and no pets. We ask people not to leave the air conditioning on when they are not in the property.

There is a washing line available for drying clothes, swimwear etc. at the back of the villa.
