Villa en Albox Descripción

The Villa is a large 4/5 bedroomed villa sleeps 8/10 + 2 bed annex sleeps 4, situated in its own large garden with terrace and ample parking.It has its own private 11x5 metre solar heated swimming pool and a 6 seater Jacuzzi. A small BBQ area with a gas BBQ. A large pergola incorporating a small bar and pool table. The front terrace is fully enclosed with florida fly screens to make sitting outside more enjoyable. There is a small conservatory for the cooler nights, the inside of the villa is furnished to a high standard, with satelite tv and broadband internet access. The villa has panoramic views of the mountains. The villa is a 5 min drive to the quiet village of Partaloa with its own bars and restaurant, and a 10 min drive to the busier town of Albox with all amenities

Alicante, Murcia, and Granada airports are a 2 hour drive to the property, Almeria airport is a 1 hour drive from the property. Car hire is essential, Although we also offer the hire of a 8 seater mercedes vito which is available on request.

Payment Policy

Rates are quoted in English Pounds Stirling. A non refundable deposit of 100 pounds is required within 7 working days from the day of the booking. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.Personal checks and bank transfers are acceptable. If you require the hire of the 8 seater vito a non refundable deposit of 50 pounds is required within 7 working days and full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of 1 night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is strongly advised.

Rules

Smoking smoking is absolutely forbidden in the villa, but in the garden and front terrace is permitted, please dispose of cigarette butts properly The pool And Jacuzzi CHILDREN UNDER 12 YEARS OF AGE MUST HAVE ADULT SUPERVISION AT ALL TIMES WHEN USING THE POOL AND JACUZZI.
