From its large open plan kitchen, leading conveniently into the more formal open plan dining area, through to the formal lounge with separate TV area and out onto the spacious balcony with its spectacular views of the mountains, this large family home is light, airy and open and can accommodate 8 people comfortably.There are three double bedrooms, two with double beds and the third with 3 single beds, three and a half bathrooms and the lounge has a sofa bed for extra guests. A cot and high chair for infants is also available.

Payment Policy
Rental Rates for 6 people per week in Euros.
Non-refundable deposit of 10% required to secure the booking. Balance due 8 weeks before holiday with a refundable damages deposit of Euro 500. Payment is accepted by bank transfer in Euros.

Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel your holiday before having paid the full amount (8 weeks beforehand), we will refund your deposit less an administration charge of €40 only if we are able to re-book the same week/s. If you have paid in full, the cancellation charges are as follows: 4 - 8 weeks: 50% of rate refunded, 2 - 4 weeks: 25% of rate refunded, less than 2 weeks:no refund, unless we are able to re-book any time up to the holiday, in which case we will refund your full payment plus deposit (less admin charge). We strongly advise holidaymakers to take out insurance to cover any cancellation costs.
