This modern block of apartments are ideally located within a few minutes walk of the beach, shops and restaurants of the popular resort of Tamariu. The gardens and communal areas of the apartments are maintained to a very high standard. The facilities include a lift and garage parking. The view from this 5th floor apartment are of the surrounding hills, with a restricted view of the sea.
Entrance hall, fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, gas hob and electric oven & microwave, laundry area with washing machine & dishwasher, combined living /dining room with TV, DVD and music centre, leading to balcony with table and chairs and views over the garden, pool , countryside and an angled view of the sea. 1 double bedroom and 1 with bunk beds with an extra bed if required. The furnishings are to a high standard and offer plenty of storage and wardrobe space.
