Luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa on an urbanisation with communal pool. Located in Torrevieja and within walking distance of local bars and restaurants. A large patio to the front (your car can be privately parked here) of the house leads up to the front porch with balustrade surround, which has garden table and chairs. Free car parking available.

The large lounge and dining area has Satellite TV/DVD & Radio/Hi-Fi. Air conditioning and ceiling fans large kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, iron and board, electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle & toaster. The back door leads to the tiled patio with table and chairs, looking out onto a large green area (1 Hectare). The downstairs bathroom is fully fitted with shower, wash basin and wc.

The second floor consists of 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms all fully furnished with built in wardrobes. The master bedroom has double Patio doors leading onto a private balcony. The second bathroom is fully fitted with bath, shower, toilet and bidet. The stairs on this level leads to the large rooftop solarium with panoramic views of Torrevieja & Aquapolis Waterpark. There are sun loungers, table, chairs and a clothes dryer provided.
