Six weeks prior to your arrival date we require a further 40% of the total amount.
On arrival we require the balance of 40%, in cash. (no cheques or credit cards are accepted)
If the booking is less than six weeks prior to the arrival date we require 60% of the total amount.Thebalance of 40% is payable on arrival
There is a 300,00 Euro Key deposit required. After the apartment has been checked for damages, losses or breakages,the balance is returned.Ifthere are any,the amount is deducted and the balance refunded, if not the full amount returned in full. Travel Insurance is advised.
Cancellation Policy
There are no money is refunded once a transaction has been made.
