Villa Cruise (230m2) is situated of Serra Brava, near the vibrant beach resort of Lloret de Mar. It is a lovely villa that sleeps 8 people with beautiful view of the sea and its own private pool. The villa is divided into two floors. On the ground floor you will find 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each bedroom has own LCD TV -DVD set.On the first floor there is large sunny lounge and dining area with a Large Satellite 52 inch SKY+ HD Engl.TV, fully equipped kitchen, with all utilities such as a large American style fridge-freezer, dish washer, washing machine, cooker and microwave oven. There is also a spacious bathroom and toilet. The villa has a spacious garage and a parking area at the front of the house with total space for 3 cars.

This coastal town, situated only 80 kilometres from Barcelona approx.1 hour drive from the airport and 30 min from Girona airport. Lloret has become well known in all of Europe as a cosmopolitan resort with a vibrant nightlife. Lloret was founded from pre-Roman settlements, which can still be visited. Highlights of these architectural treasures are the Church of San Roma, the Castle of Sant Joan and the many chapels. You will also love the botanic gardens of Marimutra in Blanes. Here you can see over 3000 different species of plants.

Lloret de Mar was once, like the neighboring picturesque town Tossa de Mar at only 11 kilometres, a fisherman town. In the second half of the 20th century, however it was discovered by tourism. This gives Lloret the cosy atmosphere of the old towns center with a labyrinth of shopping streets as well as an active nightlife with many pubs and clubs.

On the wide sandy beaches you can enjoy many water sport activities.The good accessibility of Loret de Mar itself and the many activities like golf courses, water parks, dolphinarium, horse riding facilities and sports center contribute to a perfect holiday.

Additional information about rental rates :

- When the villa is rented, a deposit payment of 30% is required. Booking is only confirmed when the deposit payment has been received. The rest of the rental rate is required shortly before arrival. Upon arrival a security bail of € 400 and € 120 Final cleaning is required.

- You must vacate the property during the morning on the day of departure (until 10.00 a.m.) to enable cleaning and preparation to be completed prior to the arrival of new guests. The villa is ready for your occupancy after 10.00 a.m. until 10.00 p.m.
