The house is located in Altea Hills on approx. 300m of height, with wonderful views to the sea, the mountains, to Altea and as far as the seaside resort of Benidorm 10 km away and as well as far as the town of Alicante 55 km away. You can reach the beach in approx.. 10 minutes with the car, you can park directly in front of the house or in the garage. Shopping facilities are nearby, but can only be reached by car.

The villa is furnished with love for the detail and completely equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, electric oven, washing machine, laundry dryer, Espresso machine, 3 satellite TVs and 3 stereo systems (one in each bedroom and in the living room) floor heating and open fireplace with gas installation and outdoor kitchen and sitting area outside. From the large pool you have an amazing view over the mountains and the ocean. It is the perfect spot to relax. The sun deck offers the possibility to stay in the shadow or to lie out in the sun. It also has outside furnishing to have a wonderful meal with ocean view.

Charges -

- 11 € /person (optional) for towels, bed linen and dish cloths

- 0.3 € per KW/h electricity, if consumption exceeds 100 KW/h per week.

- 3 € per m3 water, if consumption exceeds 1,5m3 per week.

- 150 € for final cleaning.
