1 suite with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 1 sofa bed.

Spacious living with direct view to the terrace, garden and pool. It has a comfortable and quiet area where you can relax and enjoy your holidays.

Payment Policy

All rates are in Euros.

When you sign the contract you have to pay 25% of the reservation and the rest when you get the key.

Price: High season: 1500,00 € / week. Middle season: 1100,00 € / week Low season: 850,00 € / week. Cleaning: 120,00 € Extras: cleaning fee of 40,00 € a pet. Deposit: A deposit of 300,00 € in cash is required, which shall be refunded providing no damages occurred. Reservation: A reservation during high season is always from Saturday until Saturday. Checking in: from 3pm until 7pm. Vacation: Saturday morning before 10am.

Cancellation Policy

In case to be more persons than is allowed, the contract will be cancelled. For cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will be charged on 20% of the deposit. For cancellations between 30 days and 7 days before arrival will be charged the 50% of the deposit. For cancellations made 7 days or less before arrival will be charged 100% of the deposit.
