Cottage en Es Mercadal Description

The old farmhouse is situated on the hillside of El Toro, the highest point of the island with 320m of altitude, the views of the house on the countryside are truly amazing. The house has been renovated keeping the traditional rustic style and being in a mountainside is distributed at different levels.

The cozy kitchen dining room with fireplace has access to the covered terrace, plus there are 3 double bedrooms with two bathrooms, two of the rooms have double beds and one twin, lounge has access to the covered terrace, also has a laundry.

The exteriors are made of a stone patio that surrounds the house, covered terrace, swimming pool, outdoor shower and barbecue, all with superb views of the surroundings, where the owners kept a flock of 300 sheep grazing.

Its location in the center of the island makes it very convenient because you can quickly reach any beach on the coast. The charm of this home will enjoy a unique experience on your vacation.
