Located near beach, offering charming ocean views, our beautiful vacation villa in Calpe, Spain, is an ideal hideaway for you. This three bedroom retreat is perfect to sleep up to 10 vacationers. The bedrooms have double bed, twin bed and sofa sleeper. If you love to cook your own meals, you will find the fully equipped kitchen matching up to your requirements.

You can revel in the private swimming pool after a long day. There are excellent provisions for barbecuing as well. The balcony offers excellent ocean views. Golf aficionados, staying at our retreat will be delighted by the easy access to excellent golfing facilities and opportunities.

Our villa is also close to numerous restaurants, cafes and diners where you can enjoy and relish fine wining and dining. The shopping centers are also nearby for stocking up on supplies and vacation memorabilia.

Deposit at the beginning of the renting of 150 euros. Cleaning 35 €. A down-payment of 50% of the total amount has to be paid by accepting the contract, the rest 50% with the keys. The tenant has to inform the presence of an animal by his reservation. They are not allowed in all villas. We reserve ourselves the right to refuse the access to the villa if the tenant omitted to mention. The fee of an animal will be € 45,00. In case of annulment up to 6 weeks before the renting period you will be charged for 50% of the deposit. Use of bed linen is bound. You may bring your own or hire from our agency for 10 € for person. Please let us know in case you will not arrive on Saturday between 4 and 8 p.m. Arrivals on Sunday or a (local) bank holiday leads to a supplement of € 45,00
