Apartment en Moraira Description
The accommodation is all on one level, ideal for couples, friends and small families. The secluded private pool has a paved surround, sun loungers, parasols, tables and chairs, for alfresco dining plus outside shower. There are other paved areas allowing sun all day and a stone built BBQ area under cover just in case of a breeze.
Outside lighting for quiet drinks on the patio whilst watching the world go by and the sun setting over the mountains. Private parking and only a short drive or walk (less than 15 minutes walk) to the main village of Moraira, and conveniently located for a small supermarket, restaurants and bars.

Flights to Alicante or Valencia. Moraira is 45 minutes drive from Alicante airport and one hour from Valencia.
Car hire can be arranged with prior notice, and airport transfers can also be arranged at much reduced costs than those of the normal taxis.

Payment Policy
All rates are in Pounds Sterling or Euro's.
Confirm Booking with a 25% deposit, the balance of the rental fee is due six weeks prior to your arrival. Failure to make this payment will result in the booking being canceled. Refundable breakages deposit of £150 is also payable with the final payment. This will be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). Payments can be made by bank transfer or PayPal, please ask for details.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, a cancellation charge will be payable based on the number of days before the holiday start date the cancellation is received by All In Properties in writing and is specified in the table that follows:
• Less than 4 weeks • No Refund
• Less than 6 weeks • 50% of Holiday Cost
• Less than 8 weeks • 75% of Holiday Cost
• Less than 12 weeks • 90% of Holiday Cost
• More than 12 weeks • Full Refund
The cancellation charge is expressed as a percentage of the total rent payable under the booking. The number of days being the number of days between the date notifications of the cancellation was received and the holiday start date.
