Detached villa set in private gardens in quiet urbanization and built on one level making it ideal for young children and the elderly. About 15 minutes walk to safe, sandy beach with bars and restaurants. An ideal base for sightseeing with aqua parks about 10 minutes drive, Fuengirola 10 mins., Mijas about 15 minutes and Gibraltar just over one hour. Less than 20 minutes from Malaga airport and we can arrange your transfer. We live about 5 minutes away and speak fluent Spanish.

There is a shopping center at the entrance to the urbanization and this has a Carrefour supermarket, a bank, newsagents/booksellers, tapas bar, dry cleaners, internet cafe and excellent Indian restaurant. The white Andalusian village of Benalmadena Pueblo is only 3 kms from the house and you will enjoy strolling through its peaceful cobbled streets and taking lunch at one of the many cafes and restaurants.

Outside there is a shaded terrace, barbecue area, established gardens with lawn and trees as well as stylish decking surrounding the swimming pool. Picture yourself enjoying a relaxed lunch in the shade of the pergola or sipping a glass of chilled Rioja while dinner sizzles on the barbecue. Later on have a swim in the illuminated pool set under the floodlit palm tree. The terrace area has its own fridge to keep your wine supply well chilled.

Reservation deposit of €100 for first week and €50 for each subsequent week payable at booking stage. Balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payments by bank transfer. Damage bond of €250 payable in cash on arrival and refunded on day of departure following satisfactory inspection of house.

No smoking inside the house. No noise after midnight. No sun lotions or henna tattoos on sofas or towels and bedlinen. Drunken or disorderly behavior will result in call to local police. Please read and observe rules of the pool. Please switch off air conditioning when you go out. Please place all rubbish in containers at least once per day. Please leave the house as you found it, including the barbecue and remove all rubbish on day of departure. Do not strip beds or put towels into washing machine on day of departure.
