Villa en Puerto Pollensa Description
This pretty detached bungalow is located close to the Hotel Illa d`Or and the safe sandy beach in the popular quiet residential area of Can Singala and has been lovingly renovated and furnished by the caring owners.

This property is a perfect choice for young families and is also ideal for anyone with walking difficulties. The villa is surrounded by a private enclosed garden, laid mainly to terracing with shrubs and colourful plants along with several different seating areas.

The interior is bright and comfortable and comprises of an entrance hall with arch to the fully fitted and well equipped modern kitchen complete with washing machine, microwave, vitro-ceramic hob, and electric oven. A further arch leads to the comfortable lounge/diner with attractive fireplace, ceiling fan and SAT TV, video and cd player for your entertainment and sliding patio doors providing easy access to the exterior furnished terrace. Two identical twin bedrooms and a shower room complete the accommodation.

The large terrace to the rear of the property, accessed from the lounge has the sun almost all day and provides sunbeds as well as table and chairs and a purpose built bar-b-que to enjoy those long summer evenings.

Finally exterior steps to the front of the villa lead to a spacious roof top terrace which is yet another ideal place to read a book without being disturbed whilst enjoying views of the surrounding estate and mountains. This property comes highly recommended and early booking is advised.

Payment Policy
All the Rates are in Euros.

Prices are inclusive of IVA. For self catering accommodation the prices are per unit and with hotels the prices are shown per person. Weekly rates are shown for quick reference but remember there is flexibility on the number of nights booked and the nightly rate can be calculated by dividing the weekly rate by 7. Once you have decided on the accommodation, the dates you wish to travel and received confirmation of the availability and price then it will be necessary for you to complete and return a booking form (which will be emailed to you) along with a minimum deposit of 25% of the total rental amount. This can be paid by credit card or by bank transfer.

We can hold your accommodation for up to 48hrs to enable you to book flights and make arrangements for this payment. The balance is normally due to be paid one month prior to your arrival in resort. If the reservation is made less than 6 weeks prior to your departure date then the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. Should you decide to pay by bank transfer any bank charges incurred will be at your expense. Once the transaction is completed please send the receipt to us by email or fax to enable us to confirm your reservation.

Payments made by credit card will incur a surcharge of 1% of the total cost of the transaction. Some property owners prefer different payment conditions and should this be the case with your booking the details will be confirmed at the time of making the booking. On receipt of your deposit Parasol Property Rentals will send you an email confirmation. We do ask that all details are checked carefully.

Cancellation Policy
We highly recommend the purchase of complete travel insurance for every member of your party once you have confirmed your booking as this will cover a number of eventualities including the need to cancel your holiday.

The deposit is non refundable in any circumstances.

Should you have to cancel your holiday we will require a letter by email from you no later than six weeks prior to your arrival date. This is to avoid any misunderstanding which could arise over the phone. It is essential that we acknowledge receipt of your cancellation to avoid you being liable to pay the outstanding balance.

Any alteration to a confirmed booking will have an administrative charge of 30euros applied.

The following conditions are part of your rental contract and therefore it is essential that you read them carefully. The rental agreement is between the owner of the property and yourself and in some privately owned apartments is not considered to be of a tourist origin. Parasol Property Rentals acts as an intermediary between these two parties.

May I suggest that you read the description of the property carefully to ensure it matches your requirements to avoid any disappointment when you arrive in resort. Please pay particular attention to whether your chosen accommodation has hot/cold air conditioning throughout, a lift, maid service, the location is suitable etc. Should you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact me.

Occupancy of the Property : The property must not be occupied by more than the number of guests quoted in the original booking or mentioned in the property description. Parties or functions may not be held on these premises which result in the over occupancy of the property. Should you require an extra bed/cot/highchair for any additional person this can be arranged in most properties, at an extra cost, providing it is requested and confirmed in advance.
