The nearest beach is 2 minutes drive from this luxury cottage. The villa is about 5 minutes drive to two beautiful harbors. Both the port and the port of Sotogrande Duquesa are located a 5 minute drive. In both ports, you will find a wide selection of restaurants, bars and shops. Marbella and Puerto Banus are less than 30 minutes drive away. Gibraltar is about 30 minutes drive away. Casares and Ronda are also within short driving distance. Malaga is an hour drive.

This luxury apartment is located in an exclusive neighborhood with 24-hour security. The garden is fully enclosed. On request, a (security) fence around the pool are placed, which is for parents with babies / young children can enjoy. The golf courses of Valderama, Sotogrande and San Roque are all within less than 10 minutes drive away.

The first two bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom. In a bathroom contains a bath with shower, sink and toilet. In 2 and 3 bathrooms you will find a shower, sink and toilet. There is also a separate toilet (for guests) in the villa.
