Located at the quiet residencial area of Roche near a pine forest and the magnificent beach, this appealing villa offers a large beautiful garden with private pool approx. 8 x 4 m, a covered terrace and a grill.

The carefully designed rooms are all arranged on the same level. There is a lovely furnished living-/dining-room with fireplace, SAT-TV/Video and CD-player. The well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, washing-machine and microwave. There are 3 bedrooms (1 with a big french-size bed and ensuite bathroom and 2 twins) and a second bathroom.
