This new house and the neighbouring house approx. 100m away are located perfectly with great panoramic views, surrounded by fields, cliffs and woods. The narrow access road ends here. Next to the house there is a slightly raised large, roofed-over, terrace with stone grill. The house was completed in the summer of 2000 and is kept in perfect rustic style.

Downstairs there is a combined dining/living room with fireplace and TV, kitchen with oven, microwave oven, washing machine as well as a toilet.
