Condo en Madrid Description
This condo has an excellent location, a few steps from the metro station La Latina. La Latina is a very trendy area in Madrid, downtown Madrid, there are a lot of nice restaurants, bars and events in the area. The name comes from Latinos, the Spanish people call the South Americans Latinos. The Latinos gave the area a very cheerful look. There is a lot of entertainment around and many trendy places. It is also a safe area. There is a living and a bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped.

We provide towels and bed linens. This is a typical Spanish house with a courtyard. It is on the ground floor but the street is quite. There is also a small outside area that belongs to the condo. We do have another condo in the same building with 2 bedrooms for max. 6 persons. Madrid is a great place to be. It has a lot of entertainment, art and there are many places around to make day trips. (I used to live in Madrid. I can help you out with some information about where to go and what to do). There is 50 EUR cleaning fee. These one are the standards rates, for special occasions please vary according to the demand.

The 50% booking fee is not refundable. Within 30 days there is not cancellation accepted.
