A 4 bedroom villa with private pool and incredible views of the sea, Torrox-Costa and Nerja. Situated high on a hillside 1600m from the beach of El Penoncillo. On entering the villa you can find a large terrace with space for parking and wood stove. The entrance onto the first floor leads to a bedroom with 2 beds, a complete bathroom with jaccuzi.
Other large bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower, a lounge / dining room with open fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave etc, chimney, satellite TV and balcony terrace. On the lower floor there are two bedrooms with 2 beds in each one, a bathroom with shower and large terrace on various levels with pool of 7 x 4 m and depth of 1.10 a 2 m, barbecue and washing machine room.

The booking procedure is completed by sending deposit 25 % of the cost in € euros by bank transfer. Then the balance of payment for the rental is paid on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made prior to one month or more, we return 80 % of the deposit.
Cancellations made between 30 to 15 days before the arrival, we return 50 % of the deposit.
Cancellations made 15 days before the arrival date, do not receive return of the deposit.
