All prices are in euros. 25% deposit is required to secure booking. Balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival. € 150 security deposit required. We accept payments by bank transfer and paypal.
Cancellation Policy
All properties offered by ChillOutwithus must be booked in advance and all cancellations must be in writing and shall enter into force on the date of receipt. The cancellation fees are as follows: i.written cancellation received 30 days or more before the rental period will be charged the full amount of the deposit. ii.written cancellation received less than 30 days before the rental period will be charged the full amount of rent. If chilloutwithus are able to re-let the property in the same period,only the reservation deposit will be charged.

1) No smoking allowed in the property, but you may smoke in outdoor areas if desired. 2) NO pets are allowed on the premises. 3) Please treat the pool and property with respect. 4) Please do not cause nuisance to neighbors.
