Home en Avila Description
The Rural House "Los Laureles" dates from the 20's and has been recently reformed, it has parts made in stone and a cared decoration. This house has two floors; on the first one you can find the dining-room which has a chimney, the kitchen, a single bedroom, a double bedroom and a bathroom while on the second floor there is a single bedroom and three double bedrooms (two of them with one double bed and the other one with two single beds), two bathrooms, two living-rooms, one of them with access to the balcony and the other one with viewpoint from which you can contemplate the valley. All the bedrooms are big and with an excellent illumination.
Finally, if you like rural tourism and big spaces, there is a big garden, in which you can spend a good time with the barbecue and with your friends, which is surrounded by trees.

One more day: low season: 95 euros; high season. 115 euros
Cancellation Policy
If a booking is cancelled between the 15 and 8 days (both included) before the date of arrival, it will be retained a 10% of the total price. If it is cancelled between 7 or less days before the date of arrival, it will be retained a 25% of the total price.
