Apartment en Vera Description
This beautifully presented 2nd floor apartment is ideally located for your Sea, Sun,Sand, Mountain and Golfing holiday. Set within attractive communal gardens with swimming pools and children's play area. Quiet clean sandy beaches are within a five minute walk and in addition you will find local shops, bars, and banks opposite, with a golfers driving range and gym and other sporting activities including restaurant and bar. A water park is within walking distance. For those who do not want to drive, the apartment is on a bus route to the local towns of Garrucha, Mojacar and Vera where you can stroll around the local markets. For golfers there are three golf courses within a 10 minute drive and further courses within an hours drive. A short drive away are the Mountains with attractive villages and local wares. The only desert in Europe is an hour away. The climate of this area makes this apartment an ideal all year round holiday location

Murcia Airport is one and a half hours drive.
Alicante is two hours drive.
A Pick up and drop off can be arranged for 60 euros each way for Almeria and 120 euros each way for Murcia and Alicante.
Payment Policy
25% deposit payable at time of booking and balance 8 weeks before start of holiday. All prices are pounds sterling. Euros accepterd.
Cancellation Policy
If cancelled at least 6weeks before then only the deposit is non returnable.
Rules
any reasonable requests will be considered. We do not charge extra for children underf 12 in school holidays.
