Villa en Xativa Description
Villa Valeta is a charming old finca just four kilometres away from the historic town of Xativa, with its magnificent castle and breathtaking views. Perfectly located to explore the region this comfortable and homely villa with a 4 x 7.5 mtr swimming pool.It sleeps up to nine people. Upstairs there are three double bedrooms and a 4th bedroom with a single bed and bunk beds; The master bedroom has a five foot double bed and also a single bed and has a washbasin and air condition unit.
The main bathroom includes shower cubicle, bath, w.c and bidet. Downstairs the spacious lounge/dining room has a log burning fireplace, big screen tv, CD/DVD player, satellite decoder(with English channels), air condition unit, dining table with eight chairs, two sofas and two armchairs. . The shower room includes washbasin, w.c, and a socket for hairdryer/shaver. The large fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Outside the garden has a pretty shaded seating area with dining table and chairs, sun loungers and a barbeque to make the garden a nice place to relax in and of course the garden/swimming pool terrace with sun loungers,table and chairs lots of room to relax.
