Payment Policy
All rates are in Euros.
Rates start from €1,200 to €2,000/week. Discount: 5% off 2 weeks renting, 7% off 3 weeks renting, 10% off 4 weeks renting. Booking: 30% of total rent,full payment is due when come into. A damage deposit of 1000 euros will be returned the day of departure if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the unit before and after your stay. You will be charged for missing items including linens, keys etc. You will be charged for excessive cleaning, dirty dishes, moved furniture, and garbage not disposed of in the proper receptacles. You will be charged for damage done to the unit beyond normal wear and tear. You will be charged for violations to the house rules. Charge 150€ for the cleaning fee.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of 15% of amount total rent. There are no refunds the entire deposite (30% of amount total rent) for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival.
Rules
ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED IN THE SWIMMINGPOOL AND INTO THE HOUSE: Rule breakers are subject to losing their damage deposit.
A small dog will be considered with additional cleaning fee.
Pool Rules:
No running around the pool.
No children under 12 are allowed in the pool without parental supervision.
Smoking is not permitted in the house. Smoking es permitted outside.
