The property is set on United Golf Resort, La Tercia, Costa Calida. It is a first floor, spacious apartment with a large lounge and dining area, separate kitchen(with rear patio utility area, two large size twin guest bedrooms and a very large double master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. There is also a full size family bathroom and the lounge has patio doors leading to the furnished balcony which overlooks the garden and pool area and golf course.
The resort has a new contemporary club house with amazing course views and an aquatic driving range(the only one in Europe). The private town center has a bar but is still under development and awaiting further services. The small town of La Tercia which is a few minutes away hosts two bars, bakery, small spar and a doctors. Car hire is recommended.
