The villa is air-conditioned. It has a modern fully equipped kitchen. For entertainment there are two satellite systems one Astra, one Sky HDconnected to a LG home cinema system and a 37 inch Samsung LED TV. Spanish digital TV channels are also available.

There is a modern fully fitted German kitchen and a dining table and 6 chairs provided but in summer it would be best to eat outside on the large poolside dining table where 8 can comfortably sit.

All the double bedrooms have a clock radio and the master bedroom has an Ipod docking station for playing relaxing night time music. The master bedroom has a large balcony off it overlooking the pool. The sun terrace,pool and garden are all South facing ensuring day long sun. At night-time the garden pool and terrace can be lit up for evening entertainment.

For families with young children it is conforting to know that the garden and pool area is private and totally enclosed. There is a child's travel cot, high chair and buggy in the villa. A tree house in the garden will add to children's enjoyment but parents supervision is a must.
