Apartment en El Puerto de Santa Maria Description
This newly refurbished, comfortable self-catering apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms has shared pools (accessible June to September) and a fully equipped, modern kitchen. The original marble floor and spacious rooms with ample storage space compare well with the more recent speculative property developments of the Spanish Costas. Particular attention has been paid to the quality and size (4 x 90cm x 200cm, 2 x 90cm x 190cm bunk bed) of new mattresses (2008). 100% cotton new bed linen, bath towels as well as beach towels are provided.
The marble floor combines with the windows and bay-windows, which can be opened at both ends of the apartment, to provide freshness when the sea breeze blowing. Of course the central air-conditioning (heating, in winter) with individual temperature controls in each room, is always an alternative. The apartment is on the second (top) floor. There are no neighbouring terraces left, right or above. Private underground parking available. WiFi included.
